These terms cover your use of this website and the basis on which TreadStrong Solutions, LLC (“TreadStrong Solutions,” “we” or “us”) quotes for and carries out work. Using this site means you accept them.

What we do

We install rubber and natural stone surfacing systems — Rubber Stone and Resin Rock — for residential and commercial properties in Northern Indiana. Our work includes pool decks, patios, driveways, walkways, garage, gym, showroom and retail floors, and other outdoor and indoor applications. Which system suits which space, indoors or out, is confirmed for your property in your written proposal.

Information on this site

Prices, ranges, timelines and product descriptions on this site are published in good faith as a guide. Surfaces differ, and what is right for one property may not suit another. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and photographs are illustrative — finished color and texture vary with light, substrate and installation conditions.

Estimates and quotes

A request through this site is an inquiry, not a booking. Any figure given before a site visit is indicative. Only a written proposal issued by us is binding, and it prevails over anything stated on this website. A written proposal is open for acceptance for the period stated on it.

Scheduling and weather

Most of our work is installed outdoors, and installation depends on temperature, moisture and substrate conditions. Dates may move to protect the quality of the finish. We will keep you informed when that happens.

Your responsibilities

• Give us safe and clear access to the work area on the agreed dates.
• Tell us about anything below or around the surface we should know about — drainage, irrigation, cabling, prior coatings or known defects.
• Keep people, pets and vehicles off the surface for the curing time we give you.
• Follow the care instructions supplied with your project.

Payment

Payment terms for your project — including any deposit, stage payments, the final balance, the payment methods we accept, and what happens if a payment is late — are set out in your written proposal. Please read them before you accept it. Financing offered through third parties is subject to that provider’s own terms and approval.

Warranty

Any warranty is the one set out in your written proposal, and it applies subject to the care instructions being followed. Normal wear, damage from impact or chemicals, movement or failure of the underlying substrate, and work altered by anyone else are not covered. Installation and product are covered by our 5-Year Installation and Product Warranty, which sets out what is covered, what is excluded, and how to make a claim. That document governs warranty matters.

Cancellation

Your right to cancel, and any charges that apply if you do, are set out in your written proposal. If you agree to work at your home or at any place other than our business address, federal law (the FTC Cooling-Off Rule) generally gives you three business days to cancel the agreement, and we will give you the notice of that right that the law requires.

Our content

The text, images, designs and logos on this site belong to TreadStrong Solutions or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use in planning a project; please do not reproduce or republish them elsewhere without asking.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a third party, such as a financing provider, we are not responsible for that site or its terms.

Limits

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. This website is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Our responsibility for work we carry out is governed by your written proposal and our warranty.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, and the courts of Indiana have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your inquiry is the one that applies to it.
