Surface Resurfacing Warranty

TreadStrong Solutions, LLC (the “Company”) provides this 5-Year Installation and Product Warranty to the original purchaser (“Owner”) of the Rubber Stone and Resin Rock resurfacing system applied over a concrete or “other” substrate at the specified property location.

1. Warranty coverage & duration

For a period of five (5) years from the date of completed installation, TreadStrong Solutions warrants that:

• The Rubber Stone and Resin Rock product will be free from material defects caused by the manufacturer.
• The installation and workmanship will remain free from defects, including premature peeling, bubbling, delamination, or separation from the underlying concrete substrate.

If a validated defect occurs within this 5-year period, TreadStrong Solutions will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the affected area including both necessary materials and labor at no cost to the Owner.

2. Exclusions and limitations

This warranty strictly covers product and installation integrity under normal use and environmental conditions. It explicitly excludes coverage for damages resulting from:

• Substrate failure: Any cracking, shifting, settling, heaving, or structural movement of the underlying concrete base or earth beneath the installation.
• Pre-existing concrete defects: Spalling, scaling, flaking, or hydrostatic pressure (water vapor rising from beneath the concrete).
• Physical or chemical abuse: Damage caused by heavy equipment, sharp objects, studded tires, snowplows, or harsh chemical spills (such as battery acid, solvents, or unapproved cleaning agents).
• Natural disasters & weathering: Acts of God, severe weather events, or normal aesthetic fading and minor discoloration resulting from routine UV exposure.
• Lack of maintenance: Failure by the Owner to maintain the surface in accordance with the provided TreadStrong Solutions care guidelines.

3. Warranty validity & transferability

• Non-transferable: This warranty is extended solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable to subsequent property owners.
• Maintenance requirement: To maintain warranty validity, the surface must be kept clean of debris, UV Coating applied in accordance with TreadStrong Solutions care guidelines, and must not be altered, coated, or repaired by any party other than a TreadStrong Solutions certified technician.

4. Claim procedure

To file a claim under this warranty, the Owner must notify TreadStrong Solutions in writing within thirty (30) days of discovering the alleged defect. Claims must include proof of purchase, the installation date, and photographs documenting the area of concern.
